1. Wash cold (86°F max), machine or hand
Use a delicate cycle or a laundry bag if you machine wash.

2. Use regular detergent (no bleach, no softener)
Softener coats the silicone grip strips and weakens their hold.

3. Air dry flat (NEVER tumble dry)
Heat is the enemy of the grip strips and the padding.

4. Store flat
Don't fold the grip band area so it keeps its shape.

Tip: Get 2 and rotate them through the week so each one lasts longer.

How to measure: Band, snug around your ribcage just under the bust. Cup, around the fullest part of your bust. Between two sizes? Go up, or use the back extender.

Does it actually stay up?

YES.

Non-slip silicone grip strips line the inside of the band and both sides. They hold up to sweat and water, and they work by creating gentle friction, not by sticking like tape.

It passes the jump test, the arm-raise test and the dance-floor test: you put it on in the morning and forget about it.

Will it flatten my chest?

NO.

The light push-up padding gives you natural volume and separation for a lifted, rounded look, not the flattened look of most bandeau bras.

The pads are sewn in so they won't shift, but you can remove them through a small opening if you prefer a more natural look.

Will it show under my clothes?

NO.
