How do I know which size to pick? What if I'm between sizes?
Every product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes, go one size up for shapewear and bras; our fabrics shape without squeezing. Still unsure? Email support@niasculpt.com with your measurements and we'll recommend your best fit within 24 hours.
Is NiaSculpt shapewear actually comfortable to wear all day?
Yes. Our shapewear, bras and leggings use breathable, four-way-stretch fabrics that move with you: no rolling, no pinching, no digging. Seamless construction and soft waistbands keep everything in place from morning to evening.
Will it show under tight or thin clothing?
No. Bonded edges, invisible shaping panels and skin-tone shades are designed to disappear under fitted dresses, white tops and bodycon looks.
Which shade of the thermal leggings should I choose?
Vanilla and Tan suit light to medium skin tones, Bronze suits medium to deep, and Espresso suits deep skin tones. Pick the shade closest to your legs for the most natural, bare-leg look.
How do I care for my pieces so they last?
Wash cold on a delicate cycle (or by hand), skip fabric softener and let them air dry. No tumble dryer, no iron. Gentle care keeps the stretch and shape wear after wear.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days, then delivered in about 3–12 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $39 or more (otherwise $4.99). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Where is my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email support@niasculpt.com with your order number.
What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item that is unworn beyond a brief try-on, unwashed and in its original packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange my product for a different size?
Absolutely, and your first size exchange is free. Email support@niasculpt.com within 30 days with your order number and the size you need.
Is my payment secure and who do I contact if I need help?
All payments go through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For anything else, email support@niasculpt.com.
