Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales and holidays, processing can take up to 3 business days.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $39 or more: free tracked shipping
- Orders under $39: $4.99 tracked shipping
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 3–12 business days after processing. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can occasionally add time.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email when your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 5 business days to update. If it hasn't moved after that, email us and we'll check with the carrier.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
Address changes
Need to fix your shipping address? Email support@niasculpt.com right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a refund after checking with the carrier.
