Refund Policy
We want you to love your NiaSculpt pieces. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn beyond a careful try-on, unwashed, clean and free of damage.
- Please include the original packaging where possible.
- Because our products are intimate apparel, items worn beyond a brief try-on can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email support@niasculpt.com with your order number, your name and (optionally) the reason. Within 24-48 hours we'll send the return address and instructions.
Size exchanges
Your first size exchange is free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive the original item, we'll ship the new size.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method, with no additional fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, email support@niasculpt.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
